What does your Beard & Face
Wash do and when should I use it?
Use our beard and face washes to cleanse and nourish your beard. This will help leave it soft and manageable and thanks to our choice of scents, feeling fresh too. For best results, use this daily and follow with our beard oils.
What does your Beard Oil do and when should I use it?
A few drops of oil will help to soften and tame your beard hair, making it look and feel healthy. Not only that but it will hydrate skin underneath your beard. The oil also comes in different scents, so you’re spoilt for choice! We’d recommend you use this after our Beard & Face Wash.
What does your Beard Balm do and when should I use it?
Our Beard Balm is perfect for adding those finishing touches, keeping your beard feeling soft and helping shape the style. Use it after our oil or if you can use it alone. To get the best results from the balm, warm it in your hands until it soft and then run your hands through your beard to coat each hair. Either use your hands or a beard comb to style.
How much beard oil should I use?
This is where the handy pipettes in our oils can help manage how much you need for your beard length. We recommend:
- One drop for stubble
- Two to three drops for short beards
- Three to six drops for mid-length beards
- Six-ten drops for long beards
What’s the difference between using an oil and a balm?
Our oils are ideal if you’re looking for a more natural look for your beard. With their natural ingredients, they will soften your beard, making it look and feel healthy. Plus, there’s a choice of scents for that fresh feeling. Check out the details above for how much to use.
If you’re looking to shape your beard, then choose the balm. It will provide more definition than using the oil. For the best results, warm the balm in your hands until it soft and then run your hands through your beard to coat each hair. Either use your hands or a beard comb to style.
For the perfect result, use both an oil and balm!
Are your Beard & Face Washes suitable for sensitive skin?
Our washes have not been specifically tested for use on sensitive skin. However, we do have a standard face wash in our skincare range that is tested for use on sensitive skin. Check it out here.
Why does your skincare range include malt?
You may know malt better for its presence in beer, but it can also be a valuable ingredient in facial skin care. Known to have anti-inflammatory and moisturising properties, malt is a powerful antioxidant rich in in polyphenols, which help skin fight dryness and feel moisturised every day.
Is your face range suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our products in this range have been specifically tested for use on sensitive skin.
Why are there specific skincare products for men?
Men’s skin is different from women’s. For the best grooming regime, we believe in developing products that are specifically adapted to the conditions of men’s skin. For example, the textures should be lighter and quickly absorbed in the skin. We also know different scents appeal to men and women!
